Laser radiations are electromagnetic radiations that are very different from X-Ray radiations. Lasers have a wavelength similar to light and penetrate only up to few millimeters under skin. Even if two or more sessions of laser hair removal need to be carried during pregnancy there is no effect on fetus due to lasers. Pregnant women are only under ordinary risk of 3% birth defects and 15 % miscarriage. Laser hair removal treatments do not alter the risk percentages to any extent.
